TERM & CONDITIONS
1.United education development and human welfare trust registered, under section trust act Govt. of India. The registration no is 4/346/2023.
2. This Trust works in favour of quality education, health and self employment for deprives, poor, unliterate and orphan children by different schemes as United Education Centre, swarojgar yojna, jan kalyan yojna, etc. With the help of society, social worker, social working society and Govt. of India time to time in all over India.
3. Any Indian citizen (male/female, age min-18 yrs., eligibility 10+2 or above) can participate in this trust as temporary/part time/permanent member and volunteer after deposit membership fee (min Rs.1100/-yearly and above).
4. This trust for serving the society and for the human welfare in which every member/volunteer of the trust work free of cost as an independent individual, so no have the right to take any kind of salary.
5. If any person revives as volunteer/member found guilty of doing mentally, physical torturer found the social calamities such disseminate beaten colour, caste, religion etc to any of the children’s such as condition strict constitutional action will be taken against such as volunteer/member and dismiss him immediately by the trust.
6. in case of any false promise, miss guide by any member/volunteer to attract, to take extra money any person for join this trust which not mentioned by website or brochure, trust will not be held to accountable (so please decide to participate the trust after reading & understand terms & conditions from website or brochure).
7. If any person uses work & name of the trust personal or unethical reason. such as condition strict constitutional action will be taken against such person and dismiss immediately.
8. All the monthly training/meeting/workshop organised by the trust all member or volunteer will be attend all the program compulsory, if any found unfaithfully toward his/her duty or role assigned by the trust have to right dismiss him/her.
9. In case of any problem occurring in working of this trust due to government reason, flood, earthquake, tsunami or any personal reason of the trust it self have reserved all the rights to stop immediately all the program running by the trust without any prior notice or information. in such condition no interfere (internal or external) will not be entertained.
10. Trust hold & reserves all the right to change the work of program and quit any member with or without prior notice. (In case of not accepting the change work right to dismiss as such member).
11. Every trust member will be deposit min. 1100/- per year for human welfare fund of the trust.
12. Once receipt any kind of donation after then refund/transfer will not be done for that donation neither any claim will be valid.
